It resembles a usual cigarette but with only natural ingredients inside. That is, this is the hemp flower you may smoke right now, without any preparatory actions.
Benefits of Pre-Rolled Joints?
CBD pre rolled joint users agree that there are several important things that make CBD pre roll joints an option worth considering.
- Get enough CBD. CBD pre rolls are powered by quite an effective CBD dosage. Most users agree that several puffs are enough to feel the desired effect. It makes a CBD pre roll an option that lasts long in terms of the time of consumption and its effect.
- High bioavailability. Vaping and smoking CBD products allow for achieving the highest bioavailability of CBD. In this case, it may reach 50%, and that’s why CBD pre rolls are one of the best options for those looking for a quick kick-in.
- Use CBD pre rolled joints on the go. Hemp pre roll can be conveniently used on the go.
- The best option for smokers. As you know, there are a lot of ways to consume hemp. You may drop an oil under the tongue, eat CBD gummies, apply CBD topicals on your skin, vape hemp flowers, or dab hemp flower concentrates. However, those in love with smoking consider pre-rolled hemp as the best option since for them this is the opportunity to complement their daily smoking rituals with something new but still beneficial.
- CBD joints be an alternative to smoking nicotine. If you ask a vivid nicotine smoker whether they like the taste of nicotine, most likely you will hear a negative answer. Consuming nicotine plus all the other chemicals contained in cigarettes is extremely harmful, and from this perspective, CBD pre rolls becomes a good option for quitting nicotine cigarettes and substituting them with potentially beneficial hemp joints.
- CBD joints are good for sharing. One more benefit of a CBD pre roll weed is the opportunity to share with friends since most pre rolls come with such CBD dosage that will be quite enough to satisfy two-three uses with one CBD joint.
CBD Pre Roll Use Cases
The main benefits of CBD joints plus the potential benefits of CBD as such are the reasons for using them in the following cases.
- Substitute nicotine smoking. As we have said, CBD joints are quite good to replace nicotine with. Most smokers use nicotine for psychological reasons, for example, with the aim of calming down their nervous system (the effect of nicotine is just the opposite) and/or get some relaxation (this is one more self-deception because nicotine only excites the nervous system). But when it comes to CBD pre rolls, this is just the opportunity to get real relaxation and decrease nervous tension since cannabinoids affect the human brain in a specific and healthy way.
- Relieve anxiety. The constant stress and anxiety it provokes are the most widespread health disturbances to date. It has a simple explanation - the whole world gets used to living in uncertainty. CBD has long proven its potential for dealing with anxiety and related symptoms, and CBD pre rolls may promise quick relief.
- Socialize with the help of CBD joints. Smoking hemp pre rolls is also a good idea to spend time with your friends, surrounded by like-minded people. This is also a way to feel on your plate in the company of people you don’t know well. What’s more, if you smoke CBD joints in a new company, there are no reasons to worry about legal issues. CBD joints with less than .3% THC in their compound are quite legal in most US states.
- Clear your mind. Most CBD users who in love with CBD pre rolls frequently share their experience, stating that this is the way to make your mind a little clearer and get rid of the feeling of being overwhelmed with thoughts and worries. Sometimes, they also state that CBD pre rolls make them more productive and well-concentrated, perhaps because of their healthy influence on the nervous system and getting it back on the right track.
- Get rid of physical discomfort. In addition to the opportunity for relieving mental health symptoms, CBD pre rolls are also good for decreasing physical discomfort. CBD is quite well-known for its potential possibilities for coping with pain, chronic pain, and pain that’s difficult to treat with traditional painkillers.
- Sleep better. You may consider a pre roll joint if you suffer from sleep patterns violation as well. The cannabinoids naturally connected in hemp connect with the endocannabinoid system naturally contained in the human’s brain, and affect the process of the nervous system that are responsible for healthy sleep.
Essential Things to Consider Before Buying Pre Rolled Hemp Joints
Despite the various benefits of hemp pre rolls and their diverse use cases, you still should be attentive and careful when choosing CBD pre rolls for your hemp consumption experience. Below are the most essential things to consider.
- Joint weight. It should be fair in relation to the price. For example, Black Tie CBD pre rolls are advertised to contain 750mg, or 3/4 of a gram within for just $10. If you tare the weight of the paper (.28grams) and weigh the item you will find that most joints contain between 850mg and 1,250mg within. The Blast joints are heavier due the the inclusion of concentrates. All things considered, This is quite a good balance, especially considering their top-notch quality and dozens of happy customers that have already shared a review.
- The quality of paper material. This is one more important thing to consider since while smoking a CBD hemp flower, you will smoke a share of paper as well. Black Tie CBD pre rolls are crafted using natural hemp paper that was produced exclusively to be used in hemp joints.
- The quality of CBD hemp flowers. The best CBD pre rolls are made from organic hemp flower grown without the use of pesticides and other artificial enhancers. Buying from a Black Tie CBD, you can be sure that you are going to consume premium high-resin hemp flowers. You may also be sure that you will get a hemp pre roll with actual CBD hemp flower inside - we do not use trim within our pre rolls. There is no organic hemp waste in Black Tie CBD joints.
- Pre-rolling technique. We are also quite careful with the process of pre rolling. Standing for the ultimate hemp consumption experience, we did our best to create the best CBD pre rolls that will lit evenly and produce seamless smoke.
- Lab tests. Also, make sure to review the results of the lab test to make sure you are well aware of the compound of the product you are going to buy. In addition to CBD pre rolls, we also have delta 8 THC infused hemp joints and welcome you to find out the precise amounts of each of the ingredients before getting started.
- Brand reputation. Brand reputation matters for any online purchase. In the CBD niche, it matters even more since while CBD consumption popularity is on the rise, CBD scams, fakes, and dummies are on the rise as well. To make sure you are going to buy from a reputable brand, search for the reviews on feedback sharing and social media platforms. You may also get in touch with the support service. The team of the trusted CBD companies will be engaged in your problem, while the support of the potentially dishonest brand will try to quickly push you to the purchase, avoiding answering your questions directly. BlackTieCBD.Net is the official online store you may trust.

Frequently asked question
Are Black Tie CBD Products Legal?
Black Tie CBD products are in compliance with federal law and there for legal according to the
The 2018 Farm Bill & USDA Final Rule
In December of 2018, the 2018 Farm Bill was signed into law. It removed hemp, defined as
cannabis (Cannabis Sativa L.) and derivatives of cannabis with extremely low concentrations of
the psychoactive compound delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC)(no more than 0.3 percent THC
on a dry weight basis), from the definition of marijuana in the Controlled Substances Act (CSA).
The 2018 Farm Bill defines hemp as “any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all
derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers with no more than a
.03% concentration of delta-9”.
Additionally, Black Tie CBD complies with the USDA Final Rule , which indicates that a
hemp crop is considered to be compliant if it is tested no more than thirty (30) days prior to
harvest using a postdecarboxylation method and the results show that the delta-9 THC value does
not exceed 0.3% on a dry weight basis:
“Postdecarboxylation. In the context of testing methodologies for THC concentration levels
in hemp, means a value determined after the process of decarboxylation that determines the total
potential delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol content derived from the sum of the THC and THC-A
content and reported on a dry weight basis. The postdecarboxylation value of THC can be
calculated by using a chromatograph technique using heat, gas chromatography, through which
THC-A is converted from its acid form to its neutral form, THC. Thus, this test calculates the
total potential THC in a given sample. The postdecarboxylation value of THC can also be
calculated by using a high-performance liquid chromatograph technique, which keeps the THC-
A intact, and requires a conversion calculation of that THC-A to calculate total potential THC in
a given sample.”
The postdecarboxylation value for THC, as described above, is synonymous with the Total THC
in a hemp sample. For this reason, it is clear that a pre-harvested hemp crop is not compliant
unless its Total THC concentrations do not exceed 0.3% on a dry weight basis.
Total THC Is Not Applicable to Harvested Hemp
The USDA Final Rule only governs hemp production and not the regulation of hemp
distribution or hemp products which are governed by the Food and Drug Administration Farm
Bill. Therefore, after post-harvest, the USDA has no further jurisdiction over the hemp crop
leaving the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as the only other agency with the authority to
regulate the hemp crop. The sole authority on post-harvested hemp is the Farm Bill and its
definition specifically defines hemp in terms of its delta-9 THC concentration, not its Total THC
One of the key aspects that allows for a higher concentration of THC-A is that during the thirty
(30) day harvest window in which a hemp crop must be tested for THC concentrations, the
plant’s cannabinoid concentrations, including THC, continue to increase. For this reason, pre-
harvest hemp which has been tested and determined to be compliant may have total THC
concentrations that exceed 0.3% when harvested. With that being said, the hemp crop will
remain compliance with FDA’s 2018 Farm Bill regulations as long as its delta-9
THC concentration does not surpass 0.3%
DEA Regulation of Hemp and Hemp Products
On August 21, 2020, the DEA published its Interim Final Rule (IFR) to further clarify that hemp
and hemp products are not controlled substances.
In order to meet the definition of “hemp”, and thus qualify for the exemption from Schedule I,
the derivative must not exceed the 0.3% delta-9 THC limit. The definition of “marihuana”
continues to state that “all parts of the plant Cannabis Sativa L.” and “every compound
manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture, or preparation of such plant,” are Schedule I controlled
substances unless they meet the definition of “hemp” by falling below the 0.3% delta-9 THC
limit on a dry weight basis.
This ruling confirms that products distributed by Black Tie CBD are not controlled substances as
long as their delta-9 THC concentrations do not exceed 0.3% on a dry weight basis.
Lawful Transportation of Hemp Products in Interstate Commerce
The 2018 Farm Bill legalized industrial hemp at the federal level and included a provision that
makes it illegal for states to prohibit the interstate transportation of hemp and hemp products as
No State or Indian Tribe shall prohibit the transportation or shipment of hemp or hemp products
produced in accordance with subtitle G or the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 (AMA (as
added by section 10113) through the State or the territory of the Indian Tribe, as applicable.
This ruling makes it clear that Black Tie CBD is allowed to transport and ship hemp or hemp
products as long as the products are produced in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill by not
exceeding a delta-9 THC concentration of 0.3% on a dry weight basis. Additionally, Black Tie
CBD products will not shipped to states with regulations that have enacted a “Total THC” testing
requirement imposing limitations on the requirements set out in the 2018 Farm Bill.
Black Tie CBD Federal Product Compliance
Based on the 2018 Farm Bill, USDA Final Rule, and DEA regulations, Black Tie CBD’s
products which contain delta-9 THC concentrations do not exceed 0.3% and are not controlled
substances under Federal law. The above rules and regulations specifically define hemp in terms
of its delta-9 THC concentrations, not its Total THC content meaning Black Tie CBD products
are in full compliance for retail sales and distribution.
