CBD Concentrates - The Ultimate CBD Experience You May Get

The hemp plant is believed to have a lot of beneficial properties. The development of technologies within the hemp industry, specifically for processing, has made it possible to gain even more advantages from hemp derived cannabinoids. Delivering CBD, CBG, and other boutique cannabinoids in the highest possible concentration is our goal. Providing you with the best hemp derived products is our mission.

If you are looking forward to the ultimate CBD experience, you should:

  1. Buy CBD products from a trusted brand like Black Tie CBD
  2. Consider CBD Concentrates for sale as an opportunity to enjoy the benefits of high potency hemp-derived products.

What Are CBD Concentrates

All CBD products available on the modern wellness market are powered by CBD concentrate. There are CBD concentrates in hemp oils, edibles, topicals, pet treats, and so on, however, the amount of CBD and the presence of other components allows for diversifying these products.

A CBD concentrate, in turn, is a hemp-derived product that is mostly infused with CBD. The amount of CBD isolate in these products reaches 20-100% which makes them an option for consuming CBD in high dosages and expecting quick and vividly tangible effects.

Black Tie CBD Concentrates Use Cases

The significant amount of CBD in hemp-derived cannabis concentrates for sale makes them an option for dealing with the following health conditions and achieving well-noticeable effects.

  • Severe and chronic pain. Getting rid of chronic and severe pain is not always possible with traditional painkillers. However, this is not the reason to let pain deprive you of the colors of life around you! CBD is well-known for its pain-relieving properties, and CBD shatter might be helpful in quite severe cases.
  • Severe mental health disturbances. Depression and severe anxiety are other CBD shatter use cases. The potential of CBD for dealing with different mental health disorders has already been proven by dozens of studies.
  • Long-lasting insomnia. Mental health challenges and constraint stress rarely allow for sleeping well. Chronic and long-lasting insomnia is also the reason Black Tie CBD customers choose a CBD shatter.

Important! If you have one of the conditions above, get in touch with your therapist before getting started with CBD concentrates. Such severe conditions may require clinical treatment as well, while some of the medicines are CBD-incompatible. Also, consider getting started with CBD oils or edibles if you have no prior experience with smokeable CBD products.

Are CBD Concentrates for Sale Legal?

Yes, one of the best things about a CBD shatter for sale is its legal nature. According to the US Farm Bill 2018, CBD products are legal to produce, sell and use across the US when the amount of THC in their compound doesn’t exceed .3%. But when we talk about the full-spectrum CBD concentrates, we mainly talk about just CBD, not THC, however, it can still be present in their compound in the allowed amount.

There are no legal regulations as for CBD dosage you have the right to consume, so a CBD shatter is just the opportunity to enjoy the high amounts of CBD while being fully compliant with legal norms. There is also a winning opportunity to combine high amounts of CBD with delta 8 THC - the cannabinoid which has no legal regulation to date. While Delta 9 THC amount shouldn’t exceed .3%, there is no similar legal statement when it comes to delta 8.

Can You Overdose a CBD Concentrate

This is just the case when both yes and no are the right answers. There is research in the framework of which focus group participants used quite a high amount of CBD per day - 1500-1600 mg, which is ten times more than the average CBD isolate dosage you may need to feel its effect. Most of the participants of the study reported quite well toleration of these amounts of CBD.

However, don’t take the results of this study as a call to action. These amounts of CBD isolate are quite high even for an experienced user. Please, carefully follow the instructions provided on the package to avoid CBD overdosing and start small if you have no prior experience with a CBD shatter. As an option, consider CBD hemp flowers to find out the response of your body to CBD in high amounts.

Is CBD Concentrate Usage Detectable on a Drug Test

This is one more question those looking for high-quality CBD concentrates for sale ask. Also, this is another case when yes and no will be the right answers. According to the research results available to date, pure CBD or CBD isolate usage may be detected on a drug test. However, you should know that the results of this study are just science which in this case has nothing to do with real-life situations. The point is in the fact that there is no such drug test that is sensitive to CBD isolate since CBD is a legal and allowed substance.

But, there is one more but. While CBD is an undetectable substance, this is not the case with THC. Both delta 9 THC (which is legal in up to .3% concentration) and delta 8 THC (which has no legal regulation to date) are detectable on a drug test.

Important! Please, avoid driving, working with mechanisms, and performing jobs that require strong attention concentration after using CBD concentrates with THC in their compound.

That is, you may use pure CBD shatter with little reason to worry about the drug test results. But be careful with the best CBD concentrates powered by THC since THC is just the substance that is easily detectable.

Will The Best CBD Concentrate Get Me High?

Well, you guessed it right...This is one more question without a definite answer. If you are using pure CBD shatter or CBD isolates in the form of crystals or powder or CBD Wax, it will not get you high since there is no THC in such products' compounds.

But if you consider buying CBD concentrates for sale with delta 8 THC inside, then you may expect some high. This effect will not be so vivid as after using delta 9 THC (which is psychoactive) but most users agree that even delta 8 THC is potent enough.

If you want to completely avoid the possibility of getting high effect, choose CBD isolates. You will definitely like CBD isolate

CBD Concentrate Forms and Ways to Use It

The best CBD concentrates also promise the best opportunities for experimenting with the form of the products and the ways to use them. As a rule, CBD concentrates for sale come in the following forms:

  • Isolates. CBD isolates are pure CBD products. As the name suggests, Isolate is CBD in its pure form so that you will consume this ingredient exclusively. This is a good option for novice users who may have some concerns regarding CBG and/or THC. The first cannabinoid can influence mental clarity, while the second isn’t researched enough to be ultimately sure about its effects. CBD isolates come in the form of crystals or powder that you can add to your meals and beverages, or just put the powder into your mouth.
  • Dab waxes. This is one more popular form of CBD concentrate to get a well-pronouncing relaxing effect from a micro dose. Also, this is the form of CBD products you should be very careful with and buy only from trusted resellers. The point is in the fact that dab waxes are made using a solvent method of extracting CBD from the hemp plant. This approach leaves room for residual solvents to be saved in the final product. However, Black Tie CBD managed to reduce their potentially harmful impact and created a product that meets industry-accepted standards. You are welcome to review our lab test to find out that our dab wax comes with more than 80% of CBD in its compound without a trace of solvents and other chemicals. You can find CBD Wax in our Black Tie CBD Store!
  • Smoking keifs. These are the subproducts of a hemp flower, however, a hemp flower has lower potency compared to CBD concentrates that come in the form of kiefs. This is a good option for increasing the effects of your flowers while smoking.

What is CBD Wax?

CBD wax is one of the most potent CBD products on the market, hence why it's often compared to dabbing. It's an extremely viscous concentrate that's usually yellow to golden brown in color. CBD wax is made by taking pure CBD crystals and heating them up until they form a wax concentrate. It's then allowed to cool and solidify into a waxy substance. CBD waxes are commonly consumed through dabbing, where you place a small amount of the wax on a heated surface and inhale the vapor produced. Some CBD waxes contain flavors to make it more appealing, but they can have an unpleasant taste.

What is CBD Isolate?

CBD isolate is a pure, crystallized form of CBD that's separated from the other cannabinoids found in cannabis (such as THC). Unlike most CBD products, pure CBD isolate doesn't contain any additives of any kind. It's also not full-spectrum, which means it won't contain THC. Pure CBD isolate is completely odorless and tasteless, making it a versatile product that can be used for dabbing or topically.

What is CBD distillate?

CBD distillate is a solvent-free way of extracting CBD. A high grade CO2 oil is used as a carrier for it as CO2 is the most natural, safest solvent on earth. This oil can be used to extract THC and other cannabis compounds.

CBD distillate is a clear, golden liquid at room temperature (slightly thicker than water). CBD distillate is very versatile.

What is CBD Shatter?

CBD shatter is the same thing as CBD wax, but it has additional additives, which makes it similar to a full-spectrum CBD product. CBD shatter is made through the same process as CBD wax, except it's extracted using a solvent like butane or ethanol. The only difference between the two is that CBD shatter is made using a solvent, while CBD wax isn't. So why does this matter? Solvents, such as butane and hexane, are used to separate CBD from the cannabis plant.

CBD Wax vs CBD Shatter: How Are They Different from Each Other?

The difference between CBD wax and CBD shatter is that CBD wax is made using a solvent, while CBD shatter isn't. The process to make CBD wax starts by taking CBD to isolate and mixing it with a solvent like propylene glycol or butane. Once the solution is complete, the next step is to leave it to dry and harden, which can take up to a few days. Once it's ready, the wax will be golden or dark brown in color and very thick inconsistency. CBD shatter is made when the CBD solution, often referred to as "crumble," is left to dry on its own with no use of a solvent. It's usually golden or light brown in color and much softer than CBD wax, making it extremely easy to break apart due to its softer texture.

Let’s Buy CBD Concentrates!

According to our users' reviews, any of these forms are promising for getting a bright effect from CBD so the only thing you have to do is to choose the option that suits your preferences.

One more recommendation to follow is to buy a CBD shatter from a reliable reseller. CBD consumption is on the rise; CBD legal status decreased the threshold for getting started with this business, and these are the reasons why CBD brand reputation matters. Buying a CBD dummy is not only disappointing but may also be dangerous for your health so make sure you are going to buy from a trusted CBD company. Here is how to do it.

  1. Browse their product range. Good CBD stores have a wide range of CBD products since they are well aware of the fact that each of the customers is in search of a specific solution for a specific health problem. Some of them may look for THC-free opportunities and low CBD strength while others don’t mind CBD concentrated and delta 8 THC.
  2. Read the reviews of their customers. Social proof is important for any online deal. CBD products aren’t an exception. Before placing an order, make sure to read the reviews on the branded website and beyond. Pay attention to the detailed feedback tied to a specific product - this is the sign of its authenticity.
  3. Reach out to their support team. CBD products are still surrounded by concerns and misunderstanding so you have the right to get ultimate answers to your questions before deciding on the purchase. So, test the ways the support service works, and ask them some questions regarding CBD. The quick and meaningful response is quite a good sign of a reliable CBD brand.
  4. Read terms and conditions. Make sure to discover the customer's policy of a CBD brand before placing an order. Pay attention to the availability of a money-back guarantee, delivery terms and costs, and refunding opportunities.

Frequently asked question

Are Black Tie CBD Products Legal?

Black Tie CBD products are in compliance with federal law and there for legal according to the
following:

The 2018 Farm Bill & USDA Final Rule
In December of 2018, the 2018 Farm Bill was signed into law.  It removed hemp, defined as
cannabis (Cannabis Sativa L.) and derivatives of cannabis with extremely low concentrations of
the psychoactive compound delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC)(no more than 0.3 percent THC
on a dry weight basis), from the definition of marijuana in the Controlled Substances Act (CSA).
The 2018 Farm Bill defines hemp as “any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all
derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers with no more than a
.03% concentration of delta-9”. [1]

Additionally, Black Tie CBD complies with the USDA Final Rule [2] , which indicates that a
hemp crop is considered to be compliant if it is tested no more than thirty (30) days prior to
harvest using a postdecarboxylation method and the results show that the delta-9 THC value does
not exceed 0.3% on a dry weight basis: [3]

“Postdecarboxylation. In the context of testing methodologies for THC concentration levels
in hemp, means a value determined after the process of decarboxylation that determines the total
potential delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol content derived from the sum of the THC and THC-A
content and reported on a dry weight basis. The postdecarboxylation value of THC can be
calculated by using a chromatograph technique using heat, gas chromatography, through which
THC-A is converted from its acid form to its neutral form, THC. Thus, this test calculates the
total potential THC in a given sample. The postdecarboxylation value of THC can also be
calculated by using a high-performance liquid chromatograph technique, which keeps the THC-

A intact, and requires a conversion calculation of that THC-A to calculate total potential THC in
a given sample.” [4]

The postdecarboxylation value for THC, as described above, is synonymous with the Total THC
in a hemp sample. For this reason, it is clear that a pre-harvested hemp crop is not compliant
unless its Total THC concentrations do not exceed 0.3% on a dry weight basis. [5]

Total THC Is Not Applicable to Harvested Hemp
The USDA Final Rule [6]  only governs hemp production and not the regulation of hemp
distribution or hemp products which are governed by the Food and Drug Administration Farm
Bill.  Therefore, after post-harvest, the USDA has no further jurisdiction over the hemp crop
leaving the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as the only other agency with the authority to
regulate the hemp crop.  The sole authority on post-harvested hemp is the Farm Bill and its
definition specifically defines hemp in terms of its delta-9 THC concentration, not its Total THC
content. [7]

One of the key aspects that allows for a higher concentration of THC-A is that during the thirty
(30) day harvest window in which a hemp crop must be tested for THC concentrations, the
plant’s cannabinoid concentrations, including THC, continue to increase. [8]   For this reason, pre-
harvest hemp which has been tested and determined to be compliant may have total THC
concentrations that exceed 0.3% when harvested.  With that being said, the hemp crop will
remain compliance with FDA’s 2018 Farm Bill regulations as long as its delta-9
THC concentration does not surpass 0.3%

DEA Regulation of Hemp and Hemp Products
On August 21, 2020, the DEA published its Interim Final Rule (IFR) to further clarify that hemp
and hemp products are not controlled substances.

In order to meet the definition of “hemp”, and thus qualify for the exemption from Schedule I,
the derivative must not exceed the 0.3% delta-9 THC limit.  The definition of “marihuana”
continues to state that “all parts of the plant Cannabis Sativa L.” and “every compound
manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture, or preparation of such plant,” are Schedule I controlled
substances unless they meet the definition of “hemp” by falling below the 0.3% delta-9 THC
limit on a dry weight basis. [9]

This ruling confirms that products distributed by Black Tie CBD are not controlled substances as
long as their delta-9 THC concentrations do not exceed 0.3% on a dry weight basis.

Lawful Transportation of Hemp Products in Interstate Commerce
The 2018 Farm Bill legalized industrial hemp at the federal level and included a provision that
makes it illegal for states to prohibit the interstate transportation of hemp and hemp products as
follows:

No State or Indian Tribe shall prohibit the transportation or shipment of hemp or hemp products
produced in accordance with subtitle G or the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 (AMA (as
added by section 10113) through the State or the territory of the Indian Tribe, as applicable. [10]

This ruling makes it clear that Black Tie CBD is allowed to transport and ship hemp or hemp
products as long as the products are produced in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill by not
exceeding a delta-9 THC concentration of 0.3% on a dry weight basis.  Additionally, Black Tie
CBD products will not shipped to states with regulations that have enacted a “Total THC” testing
requirement imposing limitations on the requirements set out in the 2018 Farm Bill.

Black Tie CBD Federal Product Compliance
Based on the 2018 Farm Bill, USDA Final Rule, and DEA regulations, Black Tie CBD’s
products which contain delta-9 THC concentrations do not exceed 0.3% and are not controlled
substances under Federal law.  The above rules and regulations specifically define hemp in terms
of its delta-9 THC concentrations, not its Total THC content meaning Black Tie CBD products
are in full compliance for retail sales and distribution.

CUSTOMER SHIPPING RETURN POLICY
The Black Tie Group, LLC DBA Black Tie CBD

This policy confirms Black Tie CBD Products are federally legal for customer shipping in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill, USDA Final Rule, and the DEA Final Rule. Black Tie CBD products contain less that 0.3% delta-9 THC which is federally legal as described in the following legislative bills and rules, which establish the legal framework allowing customers to ship Black TieCBD products.

2018 Farm Bill

In December of 2018, the 2018 Farm Bill was signed into law. It removed hemp, defined as cannabis (Cannabis Sativa L.) and derivatives of cannabis with extremely low concentrations of the psychoactive compound delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) (no more than 0.3 percent THC on a dry weight basis), from the definition of marijuana in the Controlled Substances Act (CSA). The 2018 Farm Bill defines hemp as “any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers with no more than a 0.3% concentration of delta-9”.1

DEA Interim Final Rule (IFR)

On August 21, 2020, the DEA published its Interim Final Rule (IFR) to further clarify that hemp and hemp products are not controlled substances. In order to meet the definition of “hemp”, and thus qualify for the exemption from Schedule I, the derivative must not exceed the 0.3% delta-9 THC limit. The definition of “marijuana” continues to state that “all parts of the plant Cannabis Sativa L.” and “every compound manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture, or preparation of such plant,” are Schedule I controlled substances unless they meet the definition of “hemp” by falling below the 0.3% delta-9 THC limit on a dry weight basis. 2

This ruling confirms that products distributed by Black Tie CBD are not controlled substances as long as their delta- 9 THC concentrations do not exceed 0.3% on a dry weight basis.

Lawful Transportation and Shipping of Hemp Products in Interstate Commerce

The 2018 Farm Bill legalized industrial hemp at the federal level and included a provision that makes it illegal for states to prohibit the interstate transportation of hemp and hemp products as follows: No State or Indian Tribe shall prohibit the transportation or shipment of hemp or hemp products produced in accordance with subtitle G or the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 (AMA (as added by section 10113) through the State or the territory of the Indian Tribe, as applicable. 3

This ruling makes it clear that Black Tie CBD and customers of Black Tie CBD are allowed to transport and ship hemp or hemp products lawfully in commerce as long as the products are produced in compliance with the 201 Farm Bill by not exceeding a delta-9 THC concentration of 0.3% on a dry weight basis.
