Shipping Information
We ship within the United States, to U.S. Territories and to APO/FPO addresses. We are currently unable to ship to California, Idaho, or Texas. Orders placed with a shipping address in these states cannot be fulfilled. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
PROCESSING TIME:
Orders are processed within 6-72 business hours, not including holidays. You will receive your tracking information by email once your order ships.
Orders placed after 10:00 AM Eastern Time on Saturday will ship the following business day. All orders, including Express shipments, are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and same-day processing or shipment cannot be guaranteed.
Our processing schedule is separate from the carrier's delivery schedule. Carrier delivery schedules vary, and USPS does deliver on Saturdays in many cases.

The following shipping methods are available at checkout:
- USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days – Guaranteed)
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air Saver
Free Shipping – BT_VIP: Orders with a subtotal of $100 or more qualify for FREE Priority Mail shipping. Free shipping does not automatically include Shipping Insurance. Shipping Insurance is optional but highly recommended and provides coverage for eligible losses, damage, or theft occurring in transit. Please see the Shipping Insurance section below for coverage details and claim requirements.
If Shipping Insurance is declined, any lost, damaged, stolen, or delivered-but-missing shipment may require a carrier investigation or claim before Black Tie can determine what resolution, if any, is available.
Delivery times are counted from the day your order ships. All orders must have a valid street address verifiable by the carrier to be delivered successfully.
IMPORTANT: Please be advised that all suggested delivery times are estimated and NOT GUARANTEED. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE on Ground Advantage and Priority parcels.
The ONLY GUARANTEED SERVICE is Priority Mail EXPRESS. If a PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS package arrives later than the delivery date guaranteed by USPS, the cost of the Priority Mail Express label can be refunded upon request.
SHIPPING RATES:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of the parcel and the distance to the delivery address. You can choose from the available USPS or UPS shipping methods presented at checkout. We do not have a standard flat shipping rate. You will be able to review the shipping rates before your order is completed and the payment is applied.
SHIPPING INSURANCE:
Shipping Insurance is optional but highly recommended. Orders that include Shipping Insurance are covered against eligible perils in transit, such as loss, damage, or theft, subject to the applicable claim process.
PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED BUT MISSING:
If your package is marked Delivered by the courier but you cannot find it, please first verify the shipping address on your order and contact the courier that delivered it. If the package cannot be located, a courier claim or investigation is required. Once you provide us with the claim number or confirmation, we can follow up with the carrier and determine the appropriate resolution.
SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT:
Orders valued at $200 or more are automatically shipped with signature confirmation to help ensure secure delivery. If you want to waive the signature requirement, please contact Customer Support before your order ships and before the shipping label is created.
